By default, we use Australia Post Express for shipping. Alternatively, customers can opt for TNT Express.

Shipping Costs:
Australia Post Express: Flat-rate shipping costs apply.TNT Express: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location.

Shipping Times:
Australia Post Express: 1-3 business days within the express post network.
TNT Express: Shipping times will be determined based on the delivery location.

Processing Time:
Order processing may take up to 7 days based on our current workload. For the most accurate shipping times, please contact us.

Order Tracking:
Tracking information is provided via email once items have been dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions:
No shipping restrictions apply. We deliver worldwide.

Customs and Duties:
All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do not prepay or arrange these fees.

Lost or Damaged Items:
In the event of lost or damaged items, we will do our best to replace them after the courier declares them as such.

Damaged in Transit:
If items are damaged in transit, they will need to be returned to us for assessment and repair/replacement.
